When I wrote the post called Scripture Memory for Losers, I thought I was the lone loser over on I Can't Memorize Scripture Island all by myself. Turns out there are many, many more of us on that island together, and I'm beginning to think it's not so much an island as a land mass.

Mark 16:15- And He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.

Luke 9:23- Then He said to them all, "If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow Me.

John 3:36- "He who believes in the Son has everlasting life; and he who does not believe the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him."

John 14:6- Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.

John 15:7- "If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you.
John 15:18-19- "If the world hates you, you know that it hated Me before it hated you. "If you were of the world, the world would love its own. Yet because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you.
John 17:17- "Sanctify them by Your truth. Your word is truth.
John 20:31- but these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing you may have life in His name.
Acts 1:8- "But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth."

Romans 3:23- for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,
Romans 4:20-21- He did not waver at the promise of God through unbelief, but was strengthened in faith, giving glory to God, and being fully convinced that what He had promised He was also able to perform.
Romans 5:1- Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ,
Romans 5:8- But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

Romans 8:32- He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?

Romans 10:13- For "whoever calls on the name of the LORD shall be saved."

Romans 11:6- And if by grace, then it is no longer of works; otherwise grace is no longer grace. But if it is of works, it is no longer grace; otherwise work is no longer work.
Romans 12:1-2- I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. Romans 12:17-18- Repay no one evil for evil. Have regard for good things in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as depends on you, live peaceably with all men.

Philippians 2:3-4- Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself. Let each of you look out not only for his own interests, but also for the interests of others.
Philippians 2:12-13- Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling; for it is God who works in you both to will and to do for His good pleasure.
Philippians 2:14-15- Do all things without complaining and disputing, that you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world,
Philippians 3:20- For our citizenship is in heaven, from which we also eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ,
Philippians 4:4-8- Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice! Let your gentleness be known to all men. The Lord is at hand. Philippians 4:13- I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
Philippians 4:19- And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
Colossians 3:16-17- Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord. And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.
Colossians 4:2- Continue earnestly in prayer, being vigilant in it with thanksgiving;
1st Thessalonians 5:16-18- Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.
1st Timothy 2:5- For there is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus,
1st Timothy 5:8- But if anyone does not provide for his own, and especially for those of his household, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.
2nd Timothy 1:13-14- Hold fast the pattern of sound words which you have heard from me, in faith and love which are in Christ Jesus. That good thing which was committed to you, keep by the Holy Spirit who dwells in us.
2nd Timothy 2:15- Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
2nd Timothy 2:19- Nevertheless the solid foundation of God stands, having this seal: "The Lord knows those who are His," and, "Let everyone who names the name of Christ depart from iniquity."
2nd Timothy 3:12- Yes, and all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution.
2nd Timothy 3:16-17- All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.
2nd Timothy 4:2-5- Preach the word! Be ready in season and out of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers; and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables. But you be watchful in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry.
Titus 2:11-14- For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age, looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ, who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from every lawless deed and purify for Himself His own special people, zealous for good works.
Titus 3:5- not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit,
Hebrews 2:18- For in that He Himself has suffered, being tempted, He is able to aid those who are tempted.
Hebrews 4:12- For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
Hebrews 4:16- Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.
Hebrews 7:25- Therefore He is also able to save to the uttermost those who come to God through Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them.
Hebrews 9:27-28- And as it is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgment, so Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many. To those who eagerly wait for Him He will appear a second time, apart from sin, for salvation.

1st Peter 5:5-7- Likewise you younger people, submit yourselves to your elders. 1st John 1:6-7- If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth. But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.
1st John 1:9- If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
1st John 2:15-16- Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world--the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life--is not of the Father but is of the world.
1st John 3:13- Do not marvel, my brethren, if the world hates you.
1st John 3:18- My little children, let us not love in word or in tongue, but in deed and in truth.
1st John 5:11-13- And this is the testimony: that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life. These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life, and that you may continue to believe in the name of the Son of God.
